Introduction
Mr. Adarsh Shetty, the mastermind behind Malvan Tadka is a south-indian but
he lived in Maharashtra for a very long time. “Karnataka is my Janmabhoomi
and Maharashtra is my Karmabhoomi”, proudly said by Mr. Adarsh Shetty for
whom Maharashtrian cuisine holds a special place in his heart. He also goes on
to add that his only motive to start “Malvan Tadka” is to bring people,
particularly young generation from all over india to taste the finest and the
most authentic Malvani food that his restaurant provides. Also, he aspires to
take the brand ahead in a Franchise mode and establish his brand in
commercial spaces like malls and airports.

A hidden gem. Malvan Tadka is a Fabulous Experience. Tucked away in a narrow street off the main service road of airport road, this is a delightful place. The ambience is beautiful and so inviting. The interiors are done up really well and are warm and soothing The service was quick and attentive. The food was Awesome.
We had the thalis and they are highly recommended. The curries were cooked superbly and the the items were all good. The mutton curry and the chicken starter were the highlight
A lovely Experience
Located in attide hotel, this is a classy place great to family dinners. They have live music which is amazing. The ambiance is very nice. Service is very prompt and professional. I liked the food overall. To start with had the khow suey soup, which although not authentic still was very tasty. The chicken lapeta I had for main course with neer dosa was great. To end the meal, had gajar ka halwa which was good too. Good portion size and pricing is decent for the offering and quality.
